From George Washington Bridge:
1. Take Route 80 West (either Express or Local)
2. Exit # 52 (Fairfield, The Caldwells)
3. Continue to bear right on exit ramp. At end of ramp, make right onto Two Bridges Road (you will immediately go back under Route 80)
4. Continue for ¼ mile (you will go over Route 46)
5. At the end of the overpass, there will be a traffic light (PNC Bank on right corner). Continue straight. At this intersection, Two Bridges Road will change to Passaic Avenue.
6. At the second traffic light past this intersection, make a right onto New Dutch Lane (just before the airport)
7. Turn into the third driveway on the right (you will see a sign for 40 New Dutch Lane)
8. OptiMed is the building on the right-20 New Dutch Lane.

From Newark Airport or from Southern New Jersey Turnpike:
1. Take NJ Turnpike (Route 95) North
2. Exit # 16W onto Route 3 West
3. After approximately 5 miles, Route 3 West (stay in left lane) will turn into Route 46 West
4. Continue on Route 46 West (past Willowbrook Mall)
5. Exit on Passaic Avenue (past Houlihans)
6. At the traffic light, make a left (go over Route 46)
7. Continue with Step 5 above (From George Washington Bridge)

From Southern Garden State Parkway:
1. Take Garden State Parkway North
2. Exit # 153A onto Route 3 West
3. After approximately one mile, Route 3 West (stay in left lane) will turn into Route 46 West
4. Continue with Step 4 above (From Newark Airport)

From Tappan Zee Bridge:
1. Go over the Tappan Zee Bridge onto Route 87 North (aka Route 287 West)
2. Exit at Garden State Parkway (South)
3. Take Garden State Parkway South to Route 80 West
4. Exit #52 (Fairfield, The Caldwells)
5. Continue with Step 5 above (From George Washington Bridge)

From Kennedy/LaGuardia Airports:
1. Follow signs for Van Wyck Expressway North to the Grand Central Parkway West to the Triboro Bridge.
2. Take the Major Deegan Expressway North to the George Washington Bridge.
3. Continue with directions From George Washington Bridge
